News – Women’s Team Series
(thanks Jon Miles)
The final race in the Women’s Team Series organised by the Coalville Wheelers proved to be as good as everyone thought it would be with the Army CU putting on the type of performance that has dominated the Team Series all year.
Going into the final race trailing Fusion RT in the overall points totals the team put into place tactics that worked to perfection that saw prolific winner Channel Mason win yet another in this season long Series to enable the Army CU to be crowned the Number One Team women’s racing team in the country, a magnificent achievement.
The rest of the women’s teams will have to have a hard think over the winter if they are to break what looks like dominance by a single team, a team that knows the value of tactics and a plan
