News: Pearl Izumi’s Ambassador Programme
Have you got what it takes to be a Pearl Izumi champion? Be part of the team
Pearl Izumi, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of performance apparel and footwear for cycling and triathlon is launching a new ambassador initiative for the UK, named the Pearl Izumi Champion Team.
Pearl Izumi is on the hunt for a diverse group of cycling enthusiasts across all levels and abilities that share a passion for the sport. Potential Champions will be devotees of cycling (road or mountain bike) dedicated to inspiring others to try cycling, be willing to challenge themselves out on the road or trail and have a desire to grow the sport in the UK through their local community and social media.
Successful Champions will receive limited edition Pearl Izumi kit, invitations to exclusive events, entrance to races, monthly fitness goals and expert tuition to really test themselves. Members of the Champion Team will also receive 40% off cycling apparel on www.pearlizumi.co.uk and will be able to share an exclusive discount code with their friends, family and social media communities.
Clemence Copie at Pearl Izumi UK, said: “Cycling has experienced a considerable rise in popularity in recent years and we’d love this to continue. We want to find the lynchpins of cycling communities big and small to help inspire others to get on the saddle. At Pearl Izumi, we are lucky that we get to work in the sport that we love, so we wanted to provide our fans with a unique opportunity to be part of an inspirational cycling movement that will help the sport grow in 2017 and beyond.â€
Successful candidates will ride in Pearl Izumi Champion Team colours in 2017 and must be willing to challenge themselves but not lose sight of why they love to cycle.
Share your love for road cycling and mountain biking and apply to be part of the Pearl Izumi Champion Team by visiting www.pearlizumi.co.uk/ChampionTeam
The Pearl Izumi Champions Team will be selected in December 2016, with the programme lasting for 10 months from February 2017.
