Favourite Movie? The Wedding Ringer.

Favourite Food? Paella.

Favourite training session? Cafè Ride.

Favourite place to ride? I love the Mendip hills on a sunny day, but the climbs of Sa Calobra and the Puig Major in Mallorca are my favourites.

Pre race meal? Scrambled Eggs on brown bread and coffee.

Post race meal? Rice and Fish with a protein shake (strawberry flavour)

Train alone or in a group? Prefer to train with a group but happy to go out by myself!

Turbo or road? As much as I love the turbo, I’m going to have to say road.

Strengths? Quick change of speed.

Weaknesses? Sprinting.

Bar or gel? Gel.

Tea or coffee? COFFEE!!

Long socks or short? Long.

Bath or shower? Shower.

Dog or cat? Dog.

Costa or Starbucks? Starbucks.

Guilty pleasure? Mamma Mia.

Shaved legs or waxed? Shaved.

Prefered discipline? Road.

If you could change one thing about the sport, what would it be? The British public’s awareness of just what Chris Froome has done for the sport in this country and the sheer scale of what he has achieved.

Best performance in 2017? 20th at the Hatherleigh Junior National RR

What is the most valuable thing you learnt from the 2017 season? I’ve learnt that you don’t ask for good luck, you just don’t want any bad luck.

Main goal for 2018? My main goal for 2018 is to the finish in the Top 10 in a Junior National RR.

What will you bring to the team for 2018? Mainly some good banter but also a committed rider for the team.
