News: Forme Cyclo-Cross Brand Ambassadors
The first Ambassador signed was David Fletcher, one of four British cyclists selected to compete for Great Britain in the elite men’s category at the UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships in Belgium last year.

Before that, his accomplishments include British under-23 MTB and CX champion, 3rd junior in the world and a member of the Olympic Development Programme. Last year he ranked 3rd in the Elite Men CX rankings and 4th in the Senior MTB cross country rankings riding for shop based team Sherwood Pines Cycles.
David Fletcher will be riding a selection of Forme bikes including the Winscar 29″ mountain bike with American Classic Carbonator wheels, a Flash Ltd road bike, and most importantly two new Calver cyclo-cross bikes featuring superlight aluminium framesets and American Classic Carbon 46 tubular disc brake wheels.
The second athlete to join Forme’s all-star line-up was the racing legend, Tim Gould of Zepnat Cycles, a member of both the ‘Mountain Bike Hall of Fame’ and the ‘British Cycling Hall of Fame’. This ex-world XC champs podium finisher and one of the greatest MTB and CX riders the UK has ever had is still setting records in the V50 category, since his triumphant comeback to CX racing back in 2014.
Competing alongside David Fletcher in the Elite Mens category, Grant Ferguson is another exciting addition to the Forme bandwagon. After making Team GB’s cycling squad at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Grant joined BC’s junior academy at just 15 years of age and has emerged as one of the country’s best hopes of medals on the elite international stage after numerous victories in the under-23 level of the UCI MTB circuit and being first British finisher at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Due to other sponsorship agreements, Grant will be riding on a Forme Calver exclusively in Cyclo-Cross events.
Completing the Cyclo-Cross Ambassador Programme is young star and current National Omnium Champion, Josh Giddings. A prolific winner across road, track and Cyclo-Cross disciplines, with notable wins at the Assen Youth Tour and Ipswich Cyclo-Cross National Trophy. Josh is aiming to hit peak form in the second half of the Cyclo-Cross season and will be aiming for a podium spot at the National Cyclo-Cross Championships in January.
