After their best season todate, Brother UK/Fusion Racing Team are looking for some new riders for the 2020 season

The 2019 season has without doubt been the best year for the team. There have been many podiums at National level and superb performance by Molly Patch and April Tracey who achieved silver in the National Champs Team pursuit as part of a composite team.

Claire Steels with a season highlight for Brother UK/Fusion

On the road, there has been no less than nine podium places in the Women’s Team and National Road Series cumulating in 2nd place in The National Series Team Standings and 3rd place by Claire Steels with many podiums and first at The Rydale GP.

April Tacey also made a huge contribution with second in the Curlew Cup and two first places in the team series.

The team is losing four riders in 2020 – Jenny Hudson, Fiona Redding and Rebecca Johnson are finding the rigours of racing at national level in conflict with the ever increasing demands of their careers. Ruth Shiers is also taking time out of racing. A special mention must go to Jenny Hudson whose contribution for five years has been of huge benefit to the team.

We are pleased to announce that Brother UK have increased there sponsorship into 2020 and we send our thanks to Phil Jones MBE for his continued faith in the team. Although we have made some extra signings, we still require riders to further expand the team. We are therefore inviting riders 1st or 2nd cat with experience in the National Series preferably with some top twenty places to apply to join our team.
