Damp conditions failed to deter the 182 competitors who turned out for round 6 of the Isle of Man’s RL360 youth league on Tuesday (August 18)

Result: Isle of Man Youth League

It was wet to start with but the rain stopped before the racing got underway. However, the track was still quite damp so the organisers cancelled the 3 racing bike events on safety grounds. Good news for the league; two of the league’s graduates – Amelia Sharpe has been selected to represent Great Britain in the under-23 road race at the European champs in Italy and Max Walker will be riding for Tom Pidcock’s Trinity team in the U/23 Baby Giro.
