Richard Moore (Squadra RT) among the winners at round 2 of the Scunthorpe Poly Blyton Circuit Races on Saturday

Seniors
After 8 laps of the 1.6 mile circuit, Richard Moore attacked to get a gap on the bunch to be joined by John Brearley. These two worked well together to build up a lead of 40secs on the bunch.

The lead fluctuated to come down to 15secs with a lap to go but they held on by 3 secs for Richard to win the sprint from John who settled for 2nd. The bunch being lead home by Joseph White. Richard & John secured enough laps for Richard to take 1st & John 2nd in the lap sprints

With the C group bridging their handicap after one lap the C/D youths stayed together to sprint it out at the finish with just 1 bike length separating all 4.

Youth A/B
James Armstrong & Liam Hindmarsh made the most of their 1min handicap on the A group to stay away & sprint it out with Brennan Laws breaking away with Max Williamson from the A group Brennan  dropping Max on the last lap to take 3rd place.
