British bike wear manufacturer Endura, the new clothing sponsor of the #1 ranked team in the WorldTour, is proud and happy to finally be able to unveil the 2014Â Movistar Team Kit in its full glory.

Endura decided at the outset that the Movistar Team clothing sold in-store would be “The Real Deal”, identical in every way to the clothing that the team riders will wear this year and not simply an imitation design applied to lesser clothing as is so often the case.
We believe supporters deserve nothing less.
The Movistar Team Kit comprises a head-to-toe cycling outfit, from cycling cap and multitube, arm and leg warmers, race mitts, jerseys and bibshorts to race socks.
Ideal for warmer temperatures, the Movistar Team S/S Jersey is made from soft touch, rapid wicking Italian fabric with coldblack® technology for dramatically reduced heat build-up and high sun protection. The coldblack® treatment achieves about 4 centigrade surface temperature reduction in strong sunlight compared to untreated equivalent fabric, which makes a real difference in a race or while cycling up a mountain pass.
The jersey is fully sublimation printed and comes in an athletic race fit with skin-fit aerodynamic Lycra® sleeves and raw edge silicone sleeve grippers for a clean finish and a perfect fit. Further details include the long concealed front zip with easy grab puller and 3 elastic rear pockets.
Made from Spanish high stretch insulating, durable grid fleece with a slick surface and a cosy, fast wicking inner, the Movistar Team L/S Jersey is the perfect insulation piece and a must-have for early spring classics and sportives. It features an ergonomic athletic race fit, full sublimation print, triple rear pocket system and elasticated hem.
The foundation for the Movistar Team Bibshorts is Endura’s 800 Series Italian stretch CVP pad with TRS aerated and perforated foam and antibacterial finish. Featuring a smooth profile to avoid pressure points, sores, discomfort and reduced performance, Endura’s CVP pads offer best comfort for your crucial contact point between rider and bike.
The Italian Power Lycra® used for these bibshorts provides superb muscle support and incorporates coldblack® technology which substantially reduces heat absorption from sunlight and so prevents overheating. The bibshorts are shaped in a pre-curved race fit and feature a wicking upper mesh for optimal breathability, deep comfort binding at the bib straps, and raw edge silicone leg grippers.

Kangaroo-style twin rear pockets keep items – such as radios in the case of the team riders or smartphones in the case of Joe Average – offset from the spine for improved comfort. Made from 2 layers of very lightweight mesh, this pocket is accessible from both sides and divided by a simple seam in the middle so the radio does not move around. It is placed higher up the back (in the middle of the back just underneath the shoulder blades) where it does not press into the spine and where it is out of the jersey pockets’ way.
Offering protection in case of a crash as well as ergonomic palm gel zones to dampen vibration and road buzz, the Movistar Team Race Mitts come with a 4-way stretch back hand, mesh palm vents, and silicone palm prints for grip. Their streamline design with strapless cuff creates a barely-there wearing sensation.
The fleecy inner of the high stretch insulation Thermolite® fabric that the Movistar Team Arm and Leg Warmers are made from provides good moisture transfer. Silicone grippers at bicep/ thigh and ankle prevent the warmers from riding up or down, while minimal seams make for comfort. Made from fast wicking fabric to draw away sweat quickly, the Movistar Team Multitube is one very versatile piece of kit and can be worn in many ways, eg as neck tube, mask, bandana, skullcap or sweat wrist band. The snug fit is ideal for wearing under a helmet.
The stylish 3-panel lightweight printed Movistar Team Cap comes with a flexible skip and rear elastic to hold the cap in place and is a great gift idea for cycling fans. Last but not least, the Movistar Team Race Socks come in soft, breathable Meryl Skinlife® Yarn for maximum comfort and feature Air Mesh diaphanous web on top of the socks to enhance breathability. A high-density mid-foot elastic band provides additional support and foot stability while the flat toe seam adds to comfort.
The turned ankle cuff prevents slippage. An antibacterial silver ion treatment stops odours from developing. The Movistar Team Kit will become available in stores at the end of January.
