EVENT PRESS RELEASE

With only one round of the Winter Series remaining we look to the North East Trophy on the 22nd Feb, the first “big race” of the calendar. It’s a prestigious title which is contested by some of the best riders around.

However, for the riders who have enjoyed the Winter Series it’s a great progression and a chance to ride in a longer, faster race on the circuit you are now well familiar with.

It’s a 25 lap handicapped race with the slowest group going first. We give the 4th Cat’s a good head start, almost a lap on the fastest riders. With a field of up to 200 riders the racing is fast and exciting, possibly your only chance this year to race against the pro’s. It’s also a great race to watch and we’ve got professional commentators to keep the family you drag along entertained!

Get your entries in and test the news skills and fitness you’ve learnt in the Winter Series. We envisage selling out so don’t wait to enter on the day!
