The latest Evening Time Trial held by Ely & District CC/JT Cycles, was changed on the night due to incoming weather and roadwork’s, billed as a 25, it was changed to a 10.
Visiting rider, Kieran Brady, riding for City Cycle Centre, fresh from his recent win in the National B Bob Whitear Memorial Road Race win, took the winner’s spoils with a time of 21 minutes and 29 seconds. Host club rider, Matt Eley coming second with a time of 22 minutes and 32 seconds whilst coming in third was a trio of riders, John McAndrew, Tom Sykes and Robert Golding, all recording a time of 22 minutes and 58 seconds.
The evening saw Derek Ricketts and Will Sheppard record personal bests, with time of 24:27 and 25:07 respectively.
