Les Filles RT will be entering their 3rd season in 2015, with a largely unchanged set-up and philosophy. With some 2014 members cutting down on their racing commitments next season, Les Filles RT have recruited an additional four London-based riders to the team.
Tracy Corbett (aka TC) joins from London Dynamo. She is looking for a new challenge, and is planning to step up her training and racing in 2015 following a serious back injury in 2012 which curtailed her road racing ambitions. TC brings to the team a bundle of enthusiasm as well as experience, having raced in the original Rapha Condor women’s team in 2009 and winning a bronze medal in rowing at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Jen George joins from Dulwich Paragon. In her first full season of road racing, Jen has progressed rapidly up through the ranks to end the season with her cat 1 licence, having started 2014 as a 3rd cat. A strong and powerful rider, Jen also packs a punchy sprint, as demonstrated in her number of victories at the Velopark Crits this year. She is looking to make an impact at National level races in 2015.

Helen McKay makes the move over from Look Mum No Hands RT. Helen is a formidable time-triallist, with top 20 placings in the National 10 for the past 3 years. She also has a love of going up hill, winning a couple of hill climbs this year (beating most of the men in one of them!). She is looking to further her time trialling successes in 2015, but also to contribute to the team at road races, especially those on hilly and challenging courses.
Kamila Pavlova joins the team as a complete newbie to road racing in the UK. A Czech native, Kamila made the move to London 6 years ago and has been working as a doctor in the NHS. She first started road racing 10 years ago as was part of the CK Pribram BEI youth team, competing in Czech Republic National series races. Not one to do things half-heartedly, Kamila wanted to re-enter road racing as part of a structured team, and has been putting in the training miles after not riding a bike for a number of years. She has ambitions to race at National level in 2015.
These four new faces join current Les Filles RT riders Nicole Oh, Helen Ralston, Clare Gillott, Coralie Glaunes, Kate Hewett, Vikki Filsell and Delia Beddis. The team will have continued support from Imperial Cycles Workshop in Isleworth for servicing and equipment, Jim Clarkson for kit design and website, and Wildoo for team kit. The team are heading to Dorset next weekend for their first training weekend.
