2020 Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix Cancelled

The postponed Lincoln Grand Prix and it’s support races have been cancelled due to British Cycling’s extending its suspension of racing until September 1

2020 Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix Cancelled

Press Release from the organisation: “It is with great sadness that we have to announce the cancellation Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix 2020. While we had hoped to move from May to the alternative date of 15th-16th August, we have decided to cancel this year’s race following discussions with British Cycling.

Suspension of international and national racing in Britain was this week extended to September 1 as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and that means we must now look forward to next year. We would like to thank our title sponsors Rapha and presenting sponsors MinebeaMitsumi, alongside Lincoln City Council and the Michaelgate Hill Dash sponsors Newells who have all been very supportive. We will announce plans for 2021 as soon as we have them available.
