SUMMARY OF RACE

Overall Event HQ & Stage 4 HQ: Isle of Man TT Grandstand, Douglas

July 22nd (Friday): Stage 1 – Isle of Man Business Park (IM2 2QZ) Kermesse: The 2022 Manx Telecom International begins with a Kermesse, which will see riders compete on a 0.7-mile (1.1Km) course in Braddan, on the outskirts of Douglas. The start and finish will be on Ballacottier Crescent, with the circuit taking in a lap of the IOM Business Park, where three of our sponsors are based.

— Women (6.30pm) – 30 laps
— Men (7.45pm approx) 40 laps

July 23 (Saturday): Circuit Race and Time Trial
— Stage 2 (Women 9.30am/Men 11am approx): Jurby Raceway Circuit Race: Women 15-laps/Men 30-laps — Stage 2 is a fast, flat 2.63Km circuit around the Jurby Airfield Raceway, with the circuit taking a clockwise route.

— Stage 3: 10-mile Individual Time Trial (Women (1.30pm) & Men (Start:1450 hrs). This stage is an out and back, 5-mile stretch of Jurby Road, from the entrance of Mountain View Innovation Centre, (MVIC), to a u-turn just south of the Ballavarran Road. Stage 3 is restricted to Road Bikes only and no Aero helmets may be used.

July 24 (Sunday): Stage 4: Road Races. The final stage culminates with the longest stage on Sunday 24th July including 1 lap of the TT course.

Women: 89Km Road Race, Stage 4 (start 12.30) is the Queen stage with one lap of the iconic TT Snaefell Mountain Course’ followed by a smaller loop through the Baldwin Valleys from which the only exit is step climb of Injebreck Hill. This is followed by a second descent of the Mountain Road to the finish at the TT Grandstand.

Men: 132Km Road Race (Start:13.15 hrs) — Stage 4 is the Queen stage with one lap of the iconic TT Snaefell Mountain Course’ followed by a smaller loop through the Baldwin Valleys from which the only exit is Injebreck Hill (steep!). This is followed by a second descent of the Mountain Road to the finish at the TT Grandstand and then 6-laps of a 4.6 mile finishing circuit.
